Account Support

Cisco Live Melbourne can be accessed with the same username and password you use on Cisco.com. If you do not have a Cisco.com OneIdentity account you can create one when you register for CiscoLive.com/anz.

If you previously had a CiscoLive.com login but used a different email to register for Cisco’s OneIdentity, contact ciscolive@cisco.com to have your accounts connected (after you have completed registration for the event).

How do I register for the event if I do not have a OneIdentity account?

  • Click on a Register Now button from the Registration Packages
  • You will be sent to the Cisco OneIdentity Sign In page.
  • Click on the Create Account link
  • Fill out the OneIdentity questions and submit
  • You receive an on-screen confirmation
  • You will be sent an email to activate your OneIdentity account (see next steps for new account activation)

How do I activate my new account?

  • You will receive an email to the email address you used when you created your account. Click the link in the email to activate your account.
  • On the web page, click the “Activate my account” button
  • Once activated, an on-screen confirmation will prompt you to sign in (using your new credentials) to resume your Cisco Live registration process.
