Using the Session Catalog
To find sessions in the Session Catalog, you can select filters on the left sidebar or enter search terms into the search bar.
Click the + icon in the Filters sidebar to expand and view all options for that filter. Click a select box to choose your filter. You can only choose one filter for Learning Paths but may choose more than one for Session Type, Track, Technology, and Technical Level.
To remove filters from your search results, click the “x” symbol after the filter or click Clear link (both are located below the search box).
To see all session details, click the + icon next to the session title. Clicking on a speaker name will show more details for that speaker and provide a link to all of the speaker’s sessions.
You can add a session to your favorites list by clicking the star. Click the box next to “Show Favorites Only” in the search area to view your favorites list. Sessions can be added to your favorites list for ease of scheduling when scheduling your sessions.
How to Find and Register for Technical Seminars
You can use the Technical Seminar filter under Session Type in the Filters sidebar to see all Technical Seminars. Sessions IDs labeled “TEC” are Technical Seminars. You may click the plus icon or session title for more details.
To register for a Technical Seminar, sign up for the training through our registration site.
To add a session to your schedule, click the Schedule button below the abstract. If the session is full you will be added to the wait list. You can also add a session to your favorites list by clicking the star next to the session.
In the Session Catalog, you can remove sessions from your schedule by clicking the button that says “Unschedule” and clicking the “Yes, Remove Session” button in the pop-up modal.
Using My Schedule
The My Schedule link in the navigation bar will take you to the week view of your schedule. You can also view your favorites by clicking the box next to Show Favorites.
You can view your schedule by week (default view) or by day by clicking the row or column icons in the upper right corner next to the Show Favorites toggle.
To search for a session for a specific timeslot, click into a white space to enable the plus (+) icon. Click on the plus (+) icon to search for sessions for that timeslot. Your choices will show as a filtered list in the session catalog. From here, you can schedule a session to fill your desired timeslot.
You can print or export a copy of your schedule from the My Schedule page. To print or download a copy of your schedule, click on the calendar icon in the upper right corner next to the Show Favorites toggle.
From the My Schedule page, you can remove sessions from your schedule by clicking on the session and clicking the “Remove From Schedule” button in the pop-up modal.
Scheduling Personal Time
You may add personal time to your schedule as reminders for other conference activities such as demos and meeting with colleagues from the My Schedule page. To schedule personal time, click on the Add Personal Time button in the upper left corner above the schedule grid to launch the Time Entry modal. Here you can add a title and description for your personal appointment as well as choose the date, time, location, and length of your appointment. Once finished, click OK in the bottom right corner of the modal screen. Your appointment will now show on your schedule outlined in green.
From the My Schedule page, you can remove personal time from your schedule by clicking on the appointment and clicking the “Remove” button in the pop-up modal. You can edit personal time by clicking on the appointment and clicking the “Edit” button in the pop-up modal.
